My E2 came Monday! I am having some issues with it cutting and the mat hanging up in the back of the machine. I am going to try it a couple more times before I give up and send it back :(
But that didn't stop me! I was not going to make this card, I was supposed to be making a card for a coworker's upcoming baby shower ( I got so frustrated trying to get my E2 to cut that I took a break from fooling with it), but I came across this scrap paper (the one with the trees) and the owl embellishment ($1 michael's kind) and I decided to put this little card together.
This is one of the things I like about making these 3 in cards, everything was from scraps! I actually did not use any cricut cuts for this one, the only dies I used was from Emma's my creative time .
I think it came out cute. I am going to send it to my best friend who I learned has just had her house burglarized.

Oh what a let down about the E2! I am so sorry to hear about that, you must have been so frustrated. Well, if it helps, I do like your card. :) I really like how you layered the paper! I hope it does cheer up your friend. What a horrible thing for her to go through.

ReplyDeleteAww, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with you E2. Isn't it frustrating when you get something brand new and pay so much for it and it doesn't work? The same thing happened with my new computer. I think mine is fixed and I hope yours is as well so you don't have to send it back.
