Birthday card and tag

I just wanted to share a quick little simple card and tag that I made from Avery Ellle stamps for my friend whose birthday is this  month.  Also here are pics of the supplies I used. (The 2nd pic is the inside of the card). The base I already had from the last card I made (lawn fawn 4x6 stitched journal die).  I know it's simple but I liked the way it came out.

Father's day Card 2014

Here is the front and back of my Father's Day card I made for my daddy.  The last two pictures are some of the supplies I used.  The stencil (lori whitlock), sentiment (mycreativetime) and brads (hobby lobby) (that I hope look like nails, I used them on the inside of the card).  The first pictures show detail that the Diemond Dies made possible.  I love that it cuts out little circles that look like screws.  I have a youtube video showing this card but the lighting is pretty bad.  At least with these pictures you can see what I was referring to on the video.

Graduation gifts

So I used to subscribe to Stampin' Up! paper pumpkin kits. I never used to do anything with the kits so I quit the subscription.  They were okay but I just never thought they were a good value until this one kit that I got that showed you how to make bags. I thought that was really cute (but I quit the subscription anyway).
So anyway, I have two cousins that just graduated. One of them from high school and the other from A junior college.  So I finally used one of my kits!
Of course there's always the project looked better in my mind and then on the actual bags, but all in all they were okay.  So anyway I thought I'd share them.  (That's of course if anybody is still following me...I haven't posted anything in over year)
Anyway I'd love to know if anyone is still out there!

So the first two pictures are the front and back of the bag for the high school graduate. Then the candies are the little nuggets and the stamp is from Stampin' Up!  "Its a wrap" and the other one is "congratulations" which is from "my creative time". I heat embossed the sentiment onto the address label.
The next bag is for the college graduate, front and back view.
Both bags from Stampin' Up! paper pumpkin and the stickers are just some Walmart stickers in the gift wrap section. I don't remember the name of the stamps I used.

Teacher appreciation tags

Wow!! it has been forever since I posted anything!  I hardly ever do any crafting anymore.  I still however buy craft supplies but when I do do a little crafting I sometimes will take a picture of what I've done but don't post it or sometimes I don't even take a picture of my project because I'm not satisfied with what I've done.
But like I said previously sometimes I just don't even have the motivation to do any crafting I still watch YouTube videos try to get ideas.  That is until I started doing the project life now I'm excited again.  I have a project that I'm working on but of course I'm not happy with it but I have vowed (to myself) to just post it anyway but I'm not done with it.
But here are a couple of tags and some goodies that I did do about a couple of weeks ago for teachers appreciation week.  These are for my science teacher and his tutor.
I know you can't tell from this photo but on the tags there is a little arrow kind of tag that has a bunch of embossed words that says thanks a bunch of times. I love those Tag dies one is from Stampin' Up! the chalk talk tag die and the other one is from "my creative time", they are my go to take dies. And then the sentiment says "I can't thank you enough" I thought that was kind of cheeky.
And then the little nuggets candies those are Stampin' Up! stamps from "it's a wrap".

Treats 4 my sweet boy

I hid this is my son's lunch box for a surprise snack from mommie! I had a heart brad keeping the card closed. I was planning to do a treat bag but couldn't remember where I put them. So, I ended up with a card.

anything goes challenge

I thought I would try my hand in this challenge.  I turned on my cricut....but nothing jumped out at me, so then I picked some paper I thought was cute (my mind's eye "everyday flair") and then searched for a sentiment and then came across my stamp set and die from my creative time with Emma and Peachy Keen Stamps and I came up with this card.  I actually bought Tim Holtz Vagabond recently and did actually use it for the tags but was disappointed to learn that I needed attachments to use Emma's dies with the Vagabond.  Which buying the Vagabond while I already had a Cuttlebug is a whole 'nother discussion. (LOL) Hey...it was on sale ...okay??
Anyway, I made the card to enter in Mary's and Peachy Keens challenges.

Ps. I just realized I did use my cricut...the balloon was a scrap from another project.
